Raging Reef offers you a 24H arrive alive Garantee

 

Please acclimate your purshases accordingly

 

-Corals :

If in your main system,turn off your lights, or use the sump.

Float the bags till the temperature equalizes, 20-30 mins

Check the salinity of your new purshase and then match it to your system. 

Higher variations need longer acclimating.

We keep the salinity at 1.026 sg or 35ppt in our coral beds

it is always recommended to clean and disinfect new corals with a trusted cleaner. 

 

-Fish & Inverts : 

If in your main system,turn off your lights, or use the sump.

Float the bags till the temperature equalizes, 20-30 mins

Check the salinity of your new purshase and then SLOWLY match it to your system using a drip method. Do NOT acclimate more than 45 mins as th ph will tend to drop.

We keep the salinity at 1.021 -1.024 sg  in our fish systems

Do NOT reuse the waste water.

 

The following must be respected:

-Please Provide a picture of the DOA (Dead On Arrival) coral, fish or Invert in the first 4 hours following the shipment carrier confirmation.  The picture should include the bag it was originaly sent and a clear shot of the item.

 -If the item appears damaged, weak, the water seems milky or if anything looks suspicious. Please send us a picture immediately 

-If the items dies within 24H, please provide another clear picture . A total of 2 picture is required for the Arrive Alive Garantee 1.Upon arrival in the bag and 2. Up to 24 hours 

 

              **FAILURE TO DO SO WILL VOID THE GARANTEE**

 

* Discarted items without Raging Reef's approval automaticly voids the garantee

* Raging Reef is not responsible for carrier delays or weather 

 incidents.

* Package refusal for any reason will void the garantee

*Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit refund, the cost of   shipping will be deducted from your credit, even if you qualified for free   shipping on your total order.
